Environmental sustainability
Blueseeds adopts the most sustainable natural farming method to cultivate herbs, and we are dedicated to preserving biodiversity and land restoration. After years of research, we have successfully mass produced soapwort for planting in Taiwan, and we also developed an extraction technique to replace chemical surfactants and foaming agents. Their essential oil extracts also act as preservatives, creating toiletries without artificial additives. Additionally, soapwort improves acidic soil, and wastewater after use leaves no environmental pollution, making the products of Blueseeds a model of circular economy.
Supporting the underprivileged
We provide job opportunities and fair treatment to smallholder farmers and indigenous communities, aiding in local revitalization. Support visually impaired individuals in becoming formulators. The company's charter mandates that 5% of revenue be dedicated to social welfare. To date, Blueseeds have committed to achieving 11 out of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Social Enterprises and B Corp
Blueseeds positions itself as a social enterprise, advocating for a zero-pollution lifestyle from production to consumption. The "Adopt an Herb Field" initiative calls on individuals to protect the land and their families, promoting the concept of "grow your own, use your own." Through this adoption model, where payment is made before planting, the initiative provides contracted farmers with stable income while using natural farming methods to restore the land. Individual adopters regularly receive Blueseeds' all-natural bath products to care for their family's health.
